The Valiant Coupé, the 1964 Chrysler Valiant and 1964 Plymouth Valiant, as it was named in the US, were models built between 1963 and 1966. Starting in 1964, a V8 engine was available upon request to keep up with the competition. The model also had a twin Dodge model named the Dodge Dart.

The 1973 Chrysler Valiant, or 1973 Plymouth Valiant (US), is a fairly boxy model, a design which Valiant maintained for nearly 10 years, which was quite unusual for American vehicles.
